Hyperion experts architected the entire legal transformation program over 18 months, bringing an entire legal operations team under the same umbrella in 100+ countries. Guiding Principle #1 - Align stakeholders – inside and outside the legal department

Since a key objective for this legal transformation project was aligning a legal operations team spread across 100+ countries with global finance, tax, accounts payable and procurement, ensuring cross-functional stakeholder alignment was vital.
